History: Quarion was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
