History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Heian was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born in the east to a Mercenary, Erdan learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Erdan never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions
