Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Heian's homeland. Heian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
