History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Personality: Halimath hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by giants. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Koeth's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
