Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
