History: Gennal was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Through the years after Theriatis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Theriatis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
