History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Quarion was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Soapmaker mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
