Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, marred by sweets. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His brown eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Raer never married again.
