History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: Koeth was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed.
