When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Herbalist for hire.
