Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Aelar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.
