Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Naeris was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved out south to avoid the crime he committed. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a tan vest and prefers brown and yellow shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Dayereth took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
