History: Gifted from a young age, Hadarai studied abroad. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Junk Dealer soon after.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A true patriot, Nutae would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in the west to a Carter, Nutae learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Carter like his father before him.
