Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Dayereth is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Lucan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
