Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. History: Born in the south to a Sage, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sage.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and wants to work out more often
