Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Gennal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a worn and beaten armor. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to cover his moderate length white hair. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is greedy

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Thamior was born the youngest of three triplets. At a young age his father died while driving off some drow. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in lance use. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
