History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Detective mother left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he loathes his own lifestyle

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Varis's homeland. Varis decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Heian wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
