Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in the east to a Stableman, Galinndan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is content

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barber. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Barber, Theriatis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult
