Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Map Maker who has hired him part-time. He is an amazing painter.

History: Heian hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Being a Map Maker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
