History: Mindartis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Laucian was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Peren never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
