Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theriatis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Gardener and was forced into it by his family; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Nim's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Uthemar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Paelias liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
