The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Galinndan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Theren was born with his mother's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over.
