History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

History: Lucan was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His first spouse was a Seamstress, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fisher for the past few years.
