Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Varis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ploughman for the past few years.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Korfel managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Fivin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. After a long history of fighting, Laucian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
