History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A freak accident while working with his Weaver mother left him crippled. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Shoemaker, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
