His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born in the north. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in ceremonial dagger use. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Arannis liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
