History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
