History: He was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Uthemar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Uthemar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
