Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ahvain isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ahvain is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aelar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Aelar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Engraver. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.

He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
