Personality: He is fixated on the number 94. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Uthemar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
