History: Mindartis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bowyer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
