Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His chestnut hair is knotted and matted. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: An older man who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, he is not a threatening figure. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Butcher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He carries a battered quarterstaff and tarnished lance as well. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Varis was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Elven compassion.
