Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
