History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Theren was a troubled youth. Theren decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Aust was born with his mother's beautiful face. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
