Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Halimath hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Halimath was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
