Description: An older man who is wearing a tight white one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Varis hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Varis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy brown hair. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Gardener. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Soapmaker, but he got bored and became a Gardener. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This slender man stands about 5'3". He sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Healer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and revenge

Description: This man dresses well, wearing green shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his small green hat.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'10" and dresses like a well dressed Beggar does. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Aelar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
