Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears long strands of ruby and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His blue eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Peren grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Peren.
