Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He bought a scimitar and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Laucian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Laucian was horrified and prayed that his father was alright.
