Erevan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Erevan. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born into a rich family. Efferil was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Apothecary. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
