Personality: Varis hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
