Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a robe, a symbol of death around his neck, and a bastard sword on his belt, and is pretty ugly. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

History: He got into the Hunter business at a young age. Theren was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Hunter. He has achieved small success as a Hunter.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
