History: Naeris was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Spice Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Now he works as a writing tutor during his time off.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
