He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He got into the Painter business at a young age. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
