History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He now mingles about in high society.

Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Uthemar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
