History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Varis was a troubled youth. History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
