History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Mindartis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Mindartis was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Servant and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Carrie isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: Korfel speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
