Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of goblins

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A freak accident while working with his Miner father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Theriatis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
