History: Theren hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Theren was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theren decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against goblins

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: To be a Blacksmith again; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He's also a talented Assassin, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor
