History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Unemployed hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Riardon was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Riardon's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
