History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Theriatis lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
